Red UPA USB Programmer (V1.3) is a widely used ECU and EEPROM programming device designed for automotive electronics repair. It connects via USB and supports in-circuit and on-board programming using multiple adapters and sockets.


The device includes a 40-pin ZIF socket and SOIC adapters, allowing direct programming of various chips without desoldering in many cases. It also supports ISP (In-System Programming) for working directly on circuit boards.
